a Marketing Intern!
Thanks for checking out this page! Here at FSR, we love our podcast format. We provide space for young women to share their authentic stories and faith questions. We believe if Jesus Christ is who He says He is, He offers something radically real, but we don’t want people to take our word for it. Instead, we invite personalized, honest dialogue about what’s real, and invite the question, “what’s so special about Jesus Christ?”

Podcast Marketing Management – INTERNSHIP
We’re a podcast team excited about creating space for young women to have open and authentic spiritual conversations-and we need your help to spread some good news!
We are searching for a college student interested or studying in a relevant field (Marketing, Business, Communications, Graphic Design, etc.) to expand our online presence and outreach. The intern will be responsible for creating promotional materials for the Finding Something REAL Podcast (social media, YouTube, and on Google through SEO).
The intern should be enrolled in a college or university, be able to commit to approx.10 hours of remote work per week and have strong social media experience. The Social Media Marketing Intern will collaborate and execute new ideas for Finding Something REAL and participate in bi-weekly Zoom meetings, assisting and learning from the Podcast Host and Assistant Producer.
The intern will become familiar, participate, and independently excel in:
Creating original Canva graphics
Creating and editing video content
Creating audio grams
Writing social media copy
Analyzing podcast analytics to optimize marketing strategies
Preparing a social media content calendar
Sharing and optimizing content across platforms
Observing trends and developing actionable plans for growth
Implementing marketing strategy ideas
Utilizing SEO to promote the podcast.

The Finding Something REAL podcast is a weekly show dedicated to young women who are willing to share their stories and ask hard questions about faith. We believe in the importance of grace-filled conversations and create a space where young women share objections to Christianity and/or God. We also provide the opportunity to hear honest responses from a Christian perspective.
This is how we do it: First, we air an initial podcast conversation with a young woman who shares her background and experience with spirituality. Through the next 3 to 4 episodes, we release conversations with Christian guests, some internationally known, who share their own struggles and also engage with the questions brought up by the young women. No matter what one’s personal worldview, we come back to the same question on the podcast, “What’s so special about Jesus Christ?”
Requirements
College level student studying in a relevant field (Marketing, Business, Communications, Graphic Design, etc.) or with strong interest or experience in these fields.
Ability to commit to 10 hours per week (remote), and have strong social media experience and communication skills.
Work as a team player and innovate new ideas for Finding Something REAL social media accounts and participate in biweekly meetings, assisting and receiving guidance from the Podcast Host and Assistant Producer.
